Can you arrange rides to Belgium or Germany?
Yes, international rides to e.g. Antwerp, Brussels, Düsseldorf or the Ruhr area are possible. Keep in mind that cross-border rides often need a higher bid — just enter your destination and see what happens.
How far in advance should I book a long ride?
For long rides we recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. The more time drivers have to fit your ride into their schedule, the better the chance of a good price.
What if no driver accepts my bid?
Raise your bid with one click and resend. For long distances drivers often need a minimum to break even — a few euros extra can be enough to find a driver.
Is the final price really fixed?
Yes. The bid accepted by a driver is what you pay — no taximeter, no traffic surcharge, no surprises. Payment is made directly to the driver (cash or card).
